What to do if you have a problem with a sportsbook
If your question is about a delayed payout, a frozen account, a bonus dispute, or anything tied to an actual wager you placed, that issue sits with the operator itself, not with us. That means there's no US regulator, ombudsman, or state consumer-protection scheme we can escalate a complaint to on your behalf, and no guarantee of the fund protections a licensed US book would offer.
Our advice in that situation:
- Contact the sportsbook's own customer support first, using the channel listed on its site (live chat, email, or phone)
- Keep records of your account activity, deposit and withdrawal requests, and any correspondence
- Review the sportsbook's own terms and conditions on payout timelines and verification requirements
- Treat any dispute as a matter between you and the operator — we have no authority to intervene, refund, or force a payout
How our recommendations work
